Well, TIG definitely gave me the inestimable chances to meet highly motivated young people from all over the world and to promote the activities I organized or attended. In addition, I had the opportunity to participate in some extremely interesting and useful activities. I enjoyed working on projects which benefited me a lot. I have been a friend, companion and sister to many young people who are silenced by all sorts of trauma in different levels. I am really into peer-counselling. This means I have to be the 'voice' of reason to someone who feels trapped and sees no escape. This also means that as a young person myself, I have to lead by example and practice what I preach. There are a lot of issues that i come across everyday: teenage pregnancy, suicide, domestic abuse, substance abuse and more. ( leggi altro)
